Their technology products such as cellphone chargers and wireless keyboards are a scam. The charger claimed to be a fast charger (15W) but my phone detected that it was extremely slow (3W) when a phone needs a minimum of 5W. I also tried exchanging a product that was under warranty as I only had it for 1 week (the keyboard), the cashier kindly referred me to the store manager but when I approached him, he completely ignored me as if I wasn't there. He saw the slip that the cashier gave from me, just shook his head and left the counter. Very bad bad BAD! service from the China ladies. She even put her hands on me to push me, because I was asking the consultant questions and the China woman didn't understand a word of English. She kept using her translator to talk. I just needed prices and baking items that I was showing the sales lady. She probably had some weird idea that I was there to do something else.....acusing someone because you don't understand a language. Very unprofessional really. I went to pick and pay and bought my staff there with no problem.

I went to return something I bought. I had the slip and everything but the Indian lady at the front desk refused me to change the goods because the packaging inside the box was missing🙄🙄.
