Woodmead Retail Park — Local services in Gauteng

Very disappointed as a client and not been treated fairly. My online order was on the 23rd December 2019. I made a purchase online for R8400. 00 my order was allocated to Woodmead Makro, on the 24th December, i called online makro to rectify the mistake I made by ordering 1 item wrong, the lady I spoke to promised me that my order will be rectified, my mistake is that I've ordered jumping castle instead of trampoline, days pass, my order came , with jumping castle, I was surprised to get a call from my mother telling me she recieved her fridge but they also delivered jumping castle and the box for jumping castle came opened already, not in a good condition. Then I told myself that means that woman I spoke to on the 24th didn't do her job, anyway I logged online went to log an exchange which was logged successfully, I waited for the jumping castle to be collected by corier till today no one is calling, no communication, I called mako many times no one is giving me the answer, they make me hold for about 1 hour, no manager from onkine comes to the phones, i am so angry i want my refund , i want makro woodmead to come collect thisjumoing castle today and i want my money back, I am very angry because of the treatment I am receiving. The Pick n Pay is disgusting. Dirty, unhygienic, messy. The "staff" are so rude, screeching and spitting to each other across the store. I wanted to buy ginger, I put it in the scale to be weighed and bagged, the person weighing just shouted something to someone and three the ginger aside without weighing it, and left me standing there. I didnt get my ginger in the end... There was a deranged person constantly ringing a bell very loudly, maybe he escaped from a mental institution, maybe he was deaf and dumb so he didnt hear the noise he was making, I dont know. The till where I paid for my goods was disgusting, with dirty, stinky water in the area where I was supposed to load my purchases onto the counter. I told the cashier girl to clean it first before I put my things in there, she ignored me and continued her conversation with her accomplice. The pictures of the dirty smelly water dont do justice to show the filth in there ...

Awful, I am disabled and find it difficult enough to find adequate disabled parking without having the already limited spots being given by some "jumped up supervisor" to a shop fitting company. The car guard at this part of the parking area tried hard to explain that the shop fitter could not park there only to be overruled by the so called "superviser" I wonder, did money change hands!

This happened today near the Wimpy. Shame on all of you for not respecting people who are less fortunate than yourselves. The supervisor's behaviour and attitude are inexcusable leading me, yet again, to conclude that "Ubuntu" is no more than a myth!

I really hate the whole parking scene at Woodmead and this morning's experience has not only lessened my faith in African humanity but also...
