I visited the shop to order a Freezo, and Patrick was kind enough to explain the difference between the coffee and mocha Freezos. I always order the coffee Freezo, but the lady who came to pour it made a mistake and poured about a quarter cup of the mocha version while I was watching. Patrick gently corrected her, pointing out she should use the left side.Instead of starting over she topped up the cup with the correct Freezo. I mentioned that the drink now had a mocha taste at the bottom, while the top was coffee, and politely asked for a new one. Unfortunately she became defensive and insisted the two were the same, despite the clear color and taste differences. She even asked me to taste both, and when I said they weren’t the same I invited her to taste them too. What was disappointing wasn’t the mistake it happens but her attitude. Rather than acknowledging it and fixing it, she tried to argue and prove me wrong, which left a really unpleasant impression over something that could’ve been resolved so easily. Very enjoyable experience on a cold public holiday. Restaurant was packed yet service was reasonably quick and they had heaters on inside.

Had the buttermilk chicken burger and a deconstructed stir fry bowl. Both very good though i do wish the chicken burger was a bit of a thicker fillet, seemed to have more batter than chicken though still delicious.

Bottomless hot choc and salted caramel hot choc were great. Huge plus is that they have their own bathrooms while many restaurants in the centre ask you to use the the communal...

Always such a great experience when I go to Mugg & Bean on the go woodmead! Such friendly service and the atmosphere is always happy. The food is amazing and so are the drinks. Today I had a laugh with the staff while waiting for them to heat up my yummy bacon and egg mayo roll . The caramel ice coffee was just want I needed to start my day.
