My family and I went for mother's day treat bad experience...NO PLATES NO WATER cashier told us....we placed order for 4 waffles at 07:45pm only 2 came out 8:15pm my daughter's was so crispy it the nice but she eat it....then 15 minutes later the next 2 came out without but the lady forget the paper fork and knife I was so upset I went to the counter took from her since she is working so slow...mine was under cooked can tasted the dough. My son has lovely ice cream like always compared to the other rest.

No water paper boxes and cutlery Ice cream was finish...is there no indication when need to be refilled Why slow motion cause the shop is closing with customers are sitting yet cleaning is done so fast and well even mopping moving table's chairs...

I truly appreciated the amazing service experience we had at Milky Lane, Phoenix Plaza. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we had the ultimate experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and genuine hospitality.

I recently tried the waffles at Milky Lane, and they were absolutely delicious! The waffles were freshly made and had the perfect texture - crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The toppings were also amazing - I loved the combination of fresh fruit, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce. The portion size was generous, and I felt like I got great value for my money. The staff was also very friendly and provided great service, making my experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend the waffles at Milky Lane and can't wait to go...
