This is one of those malls that never got of the ground. I visited it on the 14th of January 2023 and to my disappointment I found that Pick n Pay no longer exist. It is now run under a new name by an independent company. And to say the least the standards of this store is very low. Spice ee is still opened by not the most tidy store. Pick n Pay liquor is also opened, besides the optom a Indian boutique and Chinese odds shop there is not much more available on the upper lever, we went during load shedding and it was absolutely dark walking up the ramp to the upper level with no security in sight. Read moreTARGET is one of the worst stores I have visited on a Wednesday afternoon, almost rotten vegetables and fruits, please do not visit the fruit and veg section, if u look at the Ads in the paper everything looks so hunky dory and plush, it's a scam and misleads the public into visiting that place. Once u there u got no option but to get a few stuff and leave bcos of the congested traffic in the Phoenix Plaza, and then gotta worry about getting another parking spot in one of the other places eg Spar or Shop...
