KFC Starwood Mall — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

What a horrible experience of this store. I ordered online on the kfc app paid online got a message to say food will be delivered waited waited gone pass 6 o clock no food I called in only to find out the driver canceled the trip I couldn't get my meal which costed over r200 not even a refund until I got to the store at starwood mall I waited still couldn't get my food called in still I was told im going to get a refund within a day but still my family was hungry and we waited. We made a scene with the manager he also didn't want to assist and kept saying he cannot help only to get the food later on after 8. Imagine I placed the order at 4:30 only to get it now. Worst experience ever for the 2nd time...Your guys KFC app is the worst online app...did an order...paid for the order and after 2hrs still ko delivery...driver cancelled the trip...this is utter nonsense...close urls app if url going to get drivers that aren't responsible...stores are getting bad names for this because they are dispatching orders that are paid to any one...I went to the store starwood KFC...no help must contact call center wich doesnt go through...all they want to do is refund.....the time at this point is 8pm....if that was the last money how was I going to provide a meal for my family...this matter must be escalated very unsatisfied with how processes or operating systems are done and many people...
