Braai Spot — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

Braai spot used to serve quality food. Ordered a family tikka meal, which to our suprise was ready in 5 minutes. The chicken was cold, dry, tasteless and not fresh. When we went to return almost all of our meal, explained to the manager reasons for returning, he said that there was nothing wrong. We challenged him to taste it, he kept talking above me and refused to listen. His reason for the chicken being tasteless and being ready in 5 minutes was because it was pre-preared as it was a Friday night and they are busy, so they are creating a quick drive by service. Where did you ever hear of tikka being prepared beforehand and being served to customers. Manager was rude, arrogant and we basically told him to keep his food and we won't be giving him our loyal patronage which we have done for so many years. It is sad that the community in general will not complain but just eat what is being served. Braai spot, stop serving loyal customers with inferior quality food and please send your managers for managerial training on how to treat customers with respect. Braaispot Brookdale a big No for me.Ordered the power hour special so I messaged on WhatsApp which she told me 4minutes more so she msgd to ask what flavors I would like and she told me Np.I messaged back to say pls let me know wat time it will be ready I will be there to pick up.She responds will do.1hr and 40mins still no response.i asked again and no response.Eventually I got tired and told her to cancel that's when someone else says they so busy very rudely and if there was no response why did I not come into the store to check..unbelievable response which I told her to check the msgs.anyway all she could say was sorry and by the way if I had to wait 4mins till powerhouse special that means I was the first to order I stand to be corrected.Why does the management not respond to any of the reviews..do they accept this type of behavior from their workers.Brookdale braaispot is pathetic that's the reason the owners lose customers do they not care about their customers.I have screenshot to back up my reviews.Brasispit...

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!The food is horrible and the service on this place is pathetic. We placed an order with them for the full chicken chips and naan which cost R150.00 and it was absolutely disgusting the naan and chicken were burnt and the chips looked like it was made yesterday. We called the store and complained about it the “manager “ Mohammed claimed to be the owner and instead of asking us what was wrong with the food and trying to resolve the matter he starts screaming at us and says “he made 900 orders today” and no one complained, like honestly I don’t care about the other orders when mine is not edible. He refused to help further and cuts the call. I highly recommend not using them there are better food and service else were for the same...
