Cleaning lady washed filthy mop-heads on the customer handwash basin, in the ladies toilet!

Hi, on 22-Nov-21 approx. 12h29 just about leaving the ladies toilet, I witnessed one cleaning lady washing the filthy mop-heads in the customer handwash basin/counter (See attached photo).

This woman placed the disgusting-looking mop on the basin directly under the hand-soap dispenser & dispensed pink soap on it & proceeded to mop the toilet stall floor, she then returned to the basin & repeated the process.

I commented to another indian lady/customer using the mirror, to look at this mop on the counter/bin & what the cleaner is doing. We both were utterly disgusted & horrified. I could not believe what I was seeing.

I took photos (attached in this review) & I immediately reported it to the centre management office next to the toilet. I also emailed centre management the photos.

This was so concerning, in terms of general hygiene & in light of Covid-19.

Imagine that mop was used to wipe the toilet stall floor, what if someone had an accident & messed the floor, it's mopped then same mop is rinsed in the basin where people are washing their hands, leaving their handbags, parcels, packets, etc

Centre management responded promptly, apologized & said they will "ensure that this is further investigated and that corrective measures are put into place to prevent this from happening in future."

This KFC they very unprofessional, they made me wait for my Uber eats order for more than 45 minutes. I'm a disabled,I was sitting in the car outside in front of the store,and my son was inside waiting for my order,of which I was notified by my apo that it's ready for collection. My son told them and showed them my phone,they confirmed that yes they can see the order but it's not ready, we waitedmy son went to sit in the car in the front paking,after 15 minutes he went in,but my order was nowhere to be seen or found, he waited,but all the staff went to the back now no one was helping,mind you it was very quiet day. Up until I sent my husband to go look what's happening as we were waiting abiyt 45 minutes,he found my son waiting and there were all at the back now ,the staff. Now my husband came back to me in the car to check if I really had an order on my phone,I gave him the phone to take in store with.eventualy a manager came out and only to find the order lying in the oven where they keep the ready orders, I was so angry because it's hard to understand why they failed to check on the ready orders if the order in question was there? Instead of making us wait and wait. The staff there are very bitter,need to be trained again about customer service. I was there on the 16 November 2022 and I bought for R240 via UberEATS...
