Wimpy Phoenix — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

I'm sorry. i was just in the area fo a coffee meeting while i stood at the door for about 3 min before on of the manger guy show up behind come from , then say Hi with no smile and ask me if i need a table for one, then i said 2. He ask me to go find my seat while he called out one waitron who was busy on the PC placing his order; called his name and said with body language (looked at me as i walked to find my seat ) " here his another customer, find him when you done". Then set myself at a sticky and unwiped table while waiting for my waitron to show up, he was busy because rushed by me gave me thumbs up to let me know he will be back shortly. 5 min later he showed up and his first word was " Are you ready to order ". then i was like: "please give this table a wipe then ordered a bottle of sparkling water. He had a great sense of urgency, 30 seconds later the table was correctly wiped, then after another 30 seconds i had a bottles of water, but was not still while i ordered sparkling, did want to complain about it because i opened the bottle without checking the label, LOL. i'm writing this review as i am siting here waiting for my business partner who told me that he will be late. i hope it ends well,...

So the other day I've been to Wimpy @Phoenix Plaza..an notice it was under new management an also some new staff so here I am with my parents sitting an thinking how the service would be an the food never the less...the waiter came up to us absolutely friendly greeted with an smile spoke to us like his known us for ages an made us feel as if we was at home an it was not only the guy that was attending to us basically it was the entire staff checking on us an everyone else to see if everything is good if there's anything else that we needed the guy that was attending to us then brought us our meals my gosh absolutely hot like steaming hot absolutely delicious normally I waste an an take home this time I ate it all that's how tasty the food was new chefs did a splendid job they have the most best crunchiest tastiest onion rings ever with that mushroom sauce you will never go wrong I really enjoyed my time at Wimpy love the food an music the vibes just awesome I would recommend highly...thank you to the team for treating us so genuinely...will definitely see you amazing guys again...keep up the...
