The worst experience ever at the new salon “Bash With Tash” on the upper level next to Saxony Cafe. As clients and people who are frequently at the Mall as it the closet to our area, this is the first store we had experienced such horrendous service and where the staff are able to embarrass clients who make bookings and the owner does not see how we as clients were embarrassed.

I had made a booking earlier in the day for a ladies treat due to Mothers Day being on Sunday, we were running late due to traffic and the owner had been informed and she said it was perfectly fine, only for us to get there at 15:15pm and the staff looked like they did not even know I had a booked “since all the owner sends all the messages on their group chat and the staff read it after their client they are busy with” - I was actually told this by the owner. The staff had then had the audacity to come up to me while another client is sitting next to me and tell me that they can’t see to us because they had one client doing full tint and the other was waiting next to me. I had asked twice if she couldn’t accommodate us as we had made a booking and at no time had the owner messaged or called me to indicate that they were unable to assist us. I was also informed by the owner that they close at 6pm and the staff told us that they close at 5pm. Keep in mind, I was not called aside to have this discussed but was spoken to in front of another client not had the staff contacted their owner to ask for a way forward before embarrassing us. And all the owner can say is “I’m sorry” and “I don’t see how you were embarrassed” especially since they prioritise walk-ins over bookings.

I would not recommend this salon to anyone going to Westwood Mall. We had never experienced such a thing with the previous salons that were...

Terrible place..about a hour ago my family and I went for supper. We had to rush and finish as my husband suddenly started feeling unwell and was showing signs of a heart attack... (knowing that he has coronary artery disease) we walked as fast as we could to the exit..come to find out the escalator is switched off..slowly my husband ascended the escalator..to further frustration that all the exit doors to get to our vehicle were locked. A guard signalled us to use the exit at the other end of the mall. I advised him my husband is not feeling well and feeling faint ..he should open the door or get us a wheelchair..the guard left and never came back. My teenage son slowly assisted my husband towards the elevator then to the basement..I had to walk the entire mall and entire car park to get to my car...thank God he stabilised..its pathetic that in an emergency there is no way out of the mall and no even signs saying that those exits close at a certain time . This place really need to step up or close the entire...
