Highly disappointed, this is the 2nd time I have experienced poor service from this establishment.
I am disappointed at the food portions, these were very small, I travel a lot and understand the standards that are held by ocean baskets nationally, but this was different, I could literally count the chips on my platter.
I had to constantly ask for complimentary rolls and the sauces, even after we placed our order. I kept being told that the rolls are in the oven. After the food arrived I had to remind them that im waiting for rolls, cutlery and the little sauce/garlic/chilli bowls. When the rolls eventually arrived, they were underdone and raw inside.
I did not receive a visit to my table by any management.
This is a great location, excellent ambiance, but poorly managed unfortunately. It was clear to me that cost saving was a priority rather than customer service. It's sad to say that waiting always chose this establishment to celebrate life-changing events, however, it always ended up in disappointment.
A frequent quote we hear is "we busy you will have to wait for your food", im guessing that's the reason why so many people got up and left.
Please do better, you represent a huge brand that uphold high standards and we pay the huge price points to have great food together with a great experience.

Upon arrival, we were told by the black male manager on duty that the restaurant was too full to seat us. We noticed, however, that the entire upstairs seating area was completely empty. When we questioned why we couldn’t be seated upstairs, he stated that he “didn’t want to neglect us.” This response felt disingenuous and dismissive — especially given that it appeared the real issue was likely a shortage of staff, not customer care.
Instead of being honest or offering us to be partially served upstairs, we were simply turned away, despite clearly available seating. The entire experience left us feeling frustrated, unwelcome, and disappointed in the level of service.

Read moreI was disappointed by the stuff, my partner and I drove all the way from Bluff only to experience the unfair treatment from the workers who worked there, we went on Friday the 8th of August 2025 and at night, we arrived there at ,20h15 , the one guy named Oscar shut the door and said "We are closed" and some ladies Screamed " we're closed", with no arguments we turned and step aside and the Couple that was right behind us which were the different race they were welcomed with the smile and allowed inside. The minute they saw that we have observed what happened Oscar and 2 guys rushed after us to apologize and explain and I told them they don't need to explain a word to us for what we just witnessed right in front of us , mind you they didn't greet us, or even ask to here why we were there, or even ask if we going to seat in or order take aways. I was SO DISAPPOINTED FROM THE STAFF AND THAT GUY CALLED OSCAR.
