Placed an order at 7:15pm, cashier advised if take sushi will be 1 hr 30min waiting time and if taking the 514 special would be 15min, we didn't want to wait that long as we had 2 18 months kids, we settled for the 514, cashier now says only have chicken option, (how can run a special and not have stock?) after about 20min we go to collect, meal is still being prepared, they say 5 min and another 10 min still not ready, they goes a customer who was behind us in the line to collect her meal and she receives 3 sushi meals.... We recieve our meal at 7:50pm, owner didn't seem interested to even ask me what we waiting for yet I'm standing at the entrance and his behind the counter , but other Muslim clients he greets with a smile, ever ready to help out going to the table to warm their food, I had over half hour watching what's happening, I still went up to him to let him know what happened as I was speaking to the staff, he didn't even look at me when he speaks, he just says he apologies and gives my slip on counter and turns his head and continue doing some other stuff. Very disappointing to be mislead and treated in this manner as we chose to spend our money at this...

Hello I had a not so good experience there, the manager wasn't helpful at all, bought some sushi at the store and because I had R100 rewards on my app, I decided to use it , my meal was R144 so when I paid via the app it asked to pay R44 because I had R100 rewards, when I came back to collect my meal about 20min later the manager refused to give me the meal, he says I need to pay R100 ,I tried explaining to him but he didn't understand and was addement that I didn't have a R100 voucher even after going on the app and showing him the rewards history and it says that I used a R100 voucher at westwood simply Asia, I had to pay another R100 just to get my meal, very disappointed in the manager who just couldn't understand how it all works Thank...

I asked my husband to buy me the Tom Yum soup today, when he came home with it I was so disappointed as it tasted nothing like what I have had numerous times before. It has a thick layer of oil on the top and all I can taste is oil. It doesn't even look or taste like Tom Yum soup. I was so disappointed and to return it means a trip from Morningside to Westwood mall which I don't have the energy to make.Very...
