Burgers was a disaster. My wife's single cheese burger was twice the size of my tripple cheese burger. Her single patty was 3 times bigger than one of my 3 patties. I had 3 and it was still smaller than her one. Her bun was twice the size of mine. All in all, a big rip off. I used to enjoy a Steers burger, my favorite of all, but tonight's order from Crossings in Nelptuit was a big mistake. I will reconsider next time I...

We waited 45 minutes for the food to be prepared. The people preparing the burgers don't wear gloves. Is this even allowed? The staff just throw the toppings on the burgers. What a unpleasant experience. The order was not complete. When we got home we received only half of the order. Please explain why are customers treated like that? We won't be...

The service is horrible. Didn't even apologize for getting my order wrong after needing to go back all the way from home. Waited longer than an hour for our food because they "didn't have patties". The burgers are ridiculous, patties are overcooked and hard to chew. All squished together.. not worth the money at all. Not the steers I used to love and...
