Went here today with my family. Ordered 2 waffles, apple soda, coffee and brownie combo, choco chino and a nutella brownie. Waited 30 mins for somebody to take our order. This is how the order came to us: Coffee combo and nutella brownie ( no cutlery). 10 mins later 1 waffle and choco chino. 2nd waffle comes after the waiter was reminded. The waiter placed the waffles order 20 mins after the coffe combo. Racial profiling . 3 indin families were left to wait for service while otgers were served although the indian fwmilies werr there 1st.

Pathetic servings at Ushaka. The manager was like "oh well, these are the instructions we get from head office"

I paid R140 for an Oreo Sundae and two regular milkshakes.The chocolate had a slight chocolate tint to it, while my vanilla milkshake was pure, plain ice cream in a cup. When the manager said they do use a shake syrup with these. I paid R41 for the regular (which is basically 330ml?) of plain ice cream in a cup. Had I bought two short plain ice creams, i wouldve paid around R15 to fill that same cup!

Honestly the most pathetic service ive ever received. Manager is extremely incompetent. Received a mexican savoury waffle with a piece of meat on it. Manager walked out and was forcing us to take the same order even though we hadnt eaten it and werent comfortable. While we are trying to explain the issue she walked away and we asked whats going on cause we are still talking. Requested a mushroom savoury waffle which we got but it WASNT COOKED.
