On the 2nd Dec 2022 I placed an order for a delivery at 17h13
At 18h47 I still did not receive my order and followed up.
I was informed that they are very busy and waiting for rhe drivers, this information was not shared with me when I placed my order at 17h13 and that it is going to take approximately 2 to 3 hours before they can deliver
At 19h25 our food was eventually delivered, undercooked, hardly any toppings on the pizza and ice cold.
The chicken wings were so old that it looked like rubber and smelled disgusting.
It is sad that the service delivery and quality is so poor.
If it was not for us, the customers, you the employees will not have work.
I am escalating this matter to the head of the franchise as your branch should not continue treating us, the paying customers in...

On their website they have advertised that if you purchase a 30cm godfather pizza it will come with a Fanta buddy. To my surprise I just received my order I told the driver that my order is missing a buddy Fanta, of which he replied he know nothing about and that I should take up the complaint with the store. When I called the store they acted very confused about this promotion, like how do work for a company and not know what their latest promotions and offers are?
This is frustrating and I guess it is only advertised online just to get more orders from people.

I refuse to place orders, took my hubby 8 mintues and 3 phone calls to place an order for 2 pizzas. You food is good, your delivery time awesome.... But your telephone system needs an upgrade, better connection, a private office, better headset ect please...
