I usually don’t write long reviews, but this place is WAY too good to keep to myself…
So, I went to this hidden gem of a sashimi spot recommended by a foodie friend who knows all the best places at Noryangjin Fish Market. And let me tell you, the amberjack sashimi here? Absolutely insane. Insanely good, that is!!! The moment it hit my mouth, the texture was straight-up chef’s kiss 🤤 It’s peak amberjack season, and it feels like you’re biting into pure umami bliss. 😭
The first bite had me yelling, “WHAT is this magic?!” The flesh is perfectly chewy yet silky, with the oiliness melting like butter. Especially the belly cuts? OH. MY. GOSH. They literally dissolve in your mouth, leaving this incredible nuttiness behind 🥺 And fishy smell? Zero. None. Zilch. Only the freshest of the fresh make it onto the plate here, so don’t even worry about that. Even when you’re full, you’ll keep going, and suddenly, boom—plate CLEARED.
Now, have you tried wrapping amberjack in seaweed? Because OMG, let me tell you, THE SEAWEED HERE IS NEXT LEVEL. Like, what kind of sorcery is this? My friend and I were cracking up, like, “Yo, is this seaweed Michelin-starred or what?” 😂 It’s so crispy, savory, and nutty—literally seaweed you’ll want to pack up and take home. Pair it with the rich, savory amberjack, and you’ve got the ultimate flavor bomb. Hands down, the best combo EVER.
The chef even brought out a few steamed seafood dishes, and wow… Was this pulled straight from the ocean five minutes ago?! Everything was unbelievably fresh, tender, and flavorful. Even the abalone was so soft, I felt like I could eat it with my gums. The crab and clams? Don’t even get me started. This place is just TRUST LEVEL 1000.
It’s not just the quality that’s mind-blowing—the portions are generous too! I left feeling totally satisfied and full of happiness (and fish). Every single dish was a hit, from start to finish. Dear chef, please stay open forever because this place is a national treasure 🙇🏻♀️

Read more阿妞哈se唷!前陣子韓國有很多很紅的戀愛綜藝節目,他們常會去濟州島拍攝,最常看到他們會去店家吃生魚片料理,這也勾起我的興趣,因為熱愛生魚片的我怎麼能錯過韓國生魚片!不過因為這次我們只是在首爾,做了很多功課後發現,首爾要吃生魚片一定要去鷺梁津海鮮市場,想說好吧,來去冒險一次!
鷺梁津海鮮市場距離首爾市中心大概半小時的車程,搭地鐵就可以輕易抵達,一走出地鐵就可以感受到很不同的氛圍(鄉下的感覺),海鮮市場跟台灣很多海鮮市場很像,就是一棟很大棟的建築物,裡面有很多小攤小攤的攤家,首次來的人一定會跟我們一樣迷惘,不知道要怎麼下手跟開口,於是我們就先在一樓逛一下,我們這次採行的策略就是,看哪一個店家跟我們講中文我們就下手!
果然很幸運的,遇到了一家跟我們說你好,我們就停下來,以為他會說中文,沒想到只會說你好,然後店家就去討了一個救兵,就有一個會講中文的阿珠媽,就跟我們說了一下這邊的規則,也幫我們點了我們想吃的東西!
在鷺梁津海鮮市場有一二樓,一樓大概就是海產販售,多數的韓國人會來這邊買回家自己料理,但也可以在這邊買了海產後,去二樓請店家幫忙料理及內用,每個攤家都會有固定合作的店家,所以當你挑好想吃的海鮮後,就會有小幫手帶你去合作的店家入座!
每間店家消費的方式也不太一樣,但多數的店家消費方式都是有一個低消,會有基本的開桌費,可以點餐點折抵低消及開桌費,所以通常看其他桌都會點一個湯品及酒!
坐下後就可以開始享用餐點,這次我們就是衝著比目魚生魚片來的,沒錯我就是想吃吃看這種白白透明的生魚片,果然咬勁跟鮪魚或旗魚很不同,特別的Q且有嚼勁,韓國吃生魚片除了有芥末之外,不能錯過的當然是沾辣醬,我覺得超!級!好!吃!我覺得不敢吃生魚片的人沾辣醬後一定都敢吃了,那種生生的感覺會大大的降低!然後我們有看到其他人也會把生魚片包生菜吃,這部分我自己吃了覺得還好,我比較喜歡吃完生魚片後把生菜拿起來啃!
這次也順勢在這邊吃了生章魚,口感是很Q,也很新鮮,但不知為何覺得跟想像中的生章魚有些不同,一直想說會有喇舌的感覺但沒有,但也是一個嚐鮮
再來當然就是價格了,我們點了這樣一盤的生魚片是₩30000,大概是台幣700元左右,其實我覺得不到很便宜,但以量跟新鮮度來說我覺得很不錯!然後店內內用大概費用要再加₩20000,雖然整體價格不算低,但能在首爾體驗這種海味我覺得很值得!
BTW我們看了一下其他桌的韓國人,他們感覺來這邊不是專吃生魚片,我看每桌的人都在吃螃蟹,都是那種超大隻的那種,感覺下次可以來挑戰看看螃蟹!
