Haeundae — Restaurant in Seoul

What a shame! The seafood was incredibly fresh, but unfortunately, we didn’t choose the right restaurant. This particular restaurant only offered steamed dishes, and while steaming is a great method for some seafood, everything ended up overcooked. The blood cockles, in particular, weren’t cleaned properly, which was disappointing.

If you’re visiting Noryangjin Fisheries Wholesale Market, I highly recommend picking a restaurant that offers a variety of cooking methods, otherwise, the fresh ingredients might go to waste. Luckily, the king crab, which we steamed, turned out well, so at least the most expensive item on the menu was satisfying.

More than terrible. The fish lady on the first floor sent us here. The restaurant got our fishes at first we didn’t notice anything until we’ve waited longer and longer. So we ask them where was our fishes. Turned out that they have lost our fishes anywhere in their kitchen. Totally they made us wait more than 2 hours.
