Maple Top Pancake Club — Restaurant in Seoul

Maple Top Pancake Club is one of my favourite places to go. I've been alone, with friends and on Christmas Day. Simply cannot get enough.

My recommendation is to reserve a table the day before you visit through Naver to ensure you don't have a long wait. If it's a spontaneous pancake craving you're fulfilling, head to Seongsu and walk down a street you wouldn't think would have such an amazing place. Enter through the holographic doors and stairs and register your Korean phone number to get in line. You can either wait by the seating provided, or browse around the local area. You'll get a message when it's your turn.

Once seated, staff are welcoming and speak English for those who aren't so strong with the Korean Language. You can order your meal via your phone or with staff. Opt for 1.5 hours of Bottomless Mimosas for a boozy brunch, and enjoy a drink while you wait for your nosh. Not that you will have to wait long.

Came here for breakfast and was met with great energy from the staff. Ordered the Berry French toast (group of us all got French toast). Unfortunately the French toast was piled with whipped cream (an overwhelming amount) which we all removed. The berries and grapes did not seemed washed but made no big deal of it. The eggs were not a fan favorite as the were (for some reason) sitting in a pool of water(?) and super liquidy. My sisters French toast tasted slightly like meat - as if the French toast was made in the same pan as bacon.

American style brunch place. Lots of people wait for entering during the weekends (especially Sunday) and probably half of the waitlisted are foreigners. All the menus look so delicious 🤤. We had pulled pork dishes since it’s not easy to find decent pulled pork in Korea, and they were amazing indeed! Price is a bit high but compared to other restaurants and reading its location (Seongsu) it totally makes sense. I’ll definitely come visit again to try other menus…
