Highly unfriendly staff, not at all helpful, when asked for help, attendant girl reacted as if she is doing a favour on me, I told her to help me find screw and told her size I was looking for she is like it's all here. I asked her if she could help me to find the size, she said if u want find here by yourself ( in a way as if she was not bothered to sell, and by showing me where to search she did a favour on me, if that's the case then why should I buy if they are not willing to sell) i would recommend visiting similar store next door "Mercasol" which is right besides Bambini.. they are much more polite, helpful & friendly.. Never expected such a kind of attendance in ChinaTown what a shame.. I had been shopping with their other store in CHAFIRAS past few years and always had been happy...

Muy mala educación por parte de los empleados. Hoy me dirigí a la tienda para buscar un producto en concreto, al preguntarle a una de las empleadas si disponían de el, esta hace un comentario riéndose en mi cara de "yo no trabajo aqui", me parece vergonzoso que tengan personas que falten al cliente al respeto, al igual que al pedir hablar con el encargado este se dirige a mi diciéndome que no puede hacer nada hasta mañana ya que la responsable no esta, enserio tienen la poca vergüenza de darle esa respuesta a un cliente que solo a ido a comprar a su establecimiento, ademas de que no pueden llamarle la atención a la empleada porque tenían mucho trabajo, la tienda estaba casi vacía en ese momento, se que las fechas en las que estamos son algo complicadas, pero nunca se puede faltar al respeto a un cliente en un establecimiento. Por mi parte han perdido a un cliente y no solo...
