I recently ordered a table from this company and, unfortunately, my experience has been quite mixed. Here’s a breakdown of the issues I encountered:
Delivery and Packaging: The table was delivered with the package torn, which raised concerns about potential damage to the table. Despite contacting customer service with photographic evidence, there was no direct response or compensation offered regarding the damaged packaging.
Product Quality: The table surface was unevenly oiled and rough in some areas. This required extra caution on my part and additional treatment with wood wax. Again, customer service did not provide a satisfactory solution or compensation for this issue.
Price Discrepancy and Inconsistent Information: I found the same table being sold for €200 less at another online store. When I raised this with customer service, they assured me that the other product was not from the same manufacturer nor made of the same wood, suggesting this justified the price difference. However, they also stated they had no association with the other company and couldn't provide further information about their products, which seemed contradictory.
Customer Service: While they responded promptly, the replies were often unsatisfactory and inconsistent. They failed to address all my concerns adequately, particularly regarding the damaged packaging and the quality issues of the table surface.
Overall, while the table itself is decent, the issues with packaging, product finish, and customer service response have been disappointing. Given the significant price discrepancy and the lack of clear, consistent communication from customer service, I cannot fully recommend...

I spent more than 1000 euros for a table and 2 chairs (each chair was worth around 200 euros) and one of the chair was cracked and broke nearly immediately after usage. The delivery was done extremely fast because the truck was blocking the entire street so I wasn't able to unpack everything on the spot especially given that everything was massively wrapped with several layers of plastic so the delivery guy didn't want to wait while other drivers were honking... After unwrapping it I did notice a hole in the chair package which I raised immediately to Roble's customer service on the day of delivery providing pictures and evidence.I then noticed that one of the chair was cracked. I raised it immediately as well providing pictures again and Roble said it was nothing and it only required to oil the wood. After a couple of use, the crack expanded to a point that the chair broke. I sent new pictures again and asked for a replacement. They denied the chair was broken and said they would not refund it or offer a new chair because this wasn't written when the delivery guy dropped the package... I've never seen such a dishonest customer service, especially for a spend above €1K... I have ordered countless wooden furnitures in France from various stores and these problems happen all the time but they are always dealing with it in a fair way by offering an alternative or a compensation. Will never buy from Roble again and would encourage you to prefer another honest...

In all the delivery cost was 35% of the total amount, but we suppose this is what one has to expect living on the Canaries.
But what really surprised us was that the wood seemed not to have been oiled. It was very porous and dry. Water drops left marks that were very difficult to remove.
So after a few mails to and fro we decided to oil everything ourselves. We bought the oil, the brushes and the protective foil for the floor, took the chairs apart and oiled everything twice.
Now, the furniture looks good. Very good.
But this how it should have arrived without...
