El trato un 10. Tuve un pequeño incidente con un pedido que hice la primera vez pero me puse en contacto con ellos y enseguida me ofrecieron dos tartas y la verdad que nos encantaron, sobre todo la lemon pie que era una pasada! Volveremos a repetir sin duda!!

Update 1: It is really sad to update this review, after the positive experience I had with lafundente last time. But I did not want to keep it for myself this time. I wanted to surprise my sister with a cheesecake, given the last positive experience I had with lafundente and the fact that they had free delivery to BARCELONA. The guy who was supposed to deliver the cake got lost so I sent him my localization by WhatsApp, and I had to cancel something I had to do to make sure I am home when he gets here. Ten minutes later, a guy calls me from the shop, telling me that I put the wrong address, that it is Badalona and not Barcelona (excuse me?). Never have I ever had any problem with deliveries (Uber eats, just eat, Glovo, mango, amazon..). I told him this but he insisted on the fact that I was wrong, that the address was wrong and that it was my fault, not theirs ( I guess all the other shops got lucky then by finding my address and delivering my orders on time). I double-checked the address ( I was having doubts at some point) and it was correct (with the postal code and everything). He insisted again and again on the fact that I was wrong and told me to order the cheesecake from Glovo and pay for the delivery. No apologies, as if it was my fault... I was really upset because this never happened to me, and I was also shocked by the lack of respect and consideration for clients... Some minutes later, they call me again to ask if I could wait for another two hours to get the cake (I guess they figured out it was Barcelona and not Badalona?) without apologizing of course. On my way to my Sagrada Familia entry time, I briskly walked by the fabulously focused cheesecake shop thinking it was a general bakery. On the way back, I took a moment to step inside. Only cheesecakes. Havarti Cheese cake, cheddar, kinder chocolate, Twix, Oreo, pistachio, and… a secret Gouda was in the back that hadn’t been put out yet. You can get a mini cheesecake that easily feeds a delicate 3-person group, or ambitious soloist. If you want to try flavors, order by slice.

I ordered a mini pistachio and a slice of the Gouda. Oh so good.

These folks are specialists. They don’t mess around with other baked goods, that I recall. It’s cheesecake all day...

Llame el martes 8/08 por la tarde para encargar una tarta de oreo white grande, para el sabado 12, ya que por la web solo te dejaba pedir la pequeña. Me comentan que estan cambiando el proveedor web y que aun no estan todas las tartas subidas. Pero que aun asi, que pidiera 2 pequeñas que valen lo mismo que la grande y que ellos se apuntaban mi nombre y que me harian la grande. Hago el pedido justo al colgar y en los comentarios del pedido especifico lo hablado y acordado en la llamada para asegurar que no hubieran lios.

Llego el sabado 12/08 a la hora de recoger el pedido (12:30) y me dicen que ahora me sacan el pedido. Se ponen a rebuscar, entrar y salir y nada. Entran 2 clientas, las atienden y les sacan su pedido pero el mio nada. A los 20 minutos de estar esperando, me sacan 2 tartas pequeñas sin dar ninguna explicacion. Al decirles que era 1 grande y no 2 pequeñas me comentan que ellas no tienen nada apuntado y que es eso o nada. No se para que llamo y me tomo las molestias de todo si luego no van a hacer caso. Llego a saber que no me iban a hacer grande y hubiese pedido otra tarta que si fuese grande o de otro sitio. Me hicieron quedar mal y tener que dar explicaciones de porque la tarta de cumpleaños era asi...
