AVOID,AVOID,AVOID!! Well it was an experience!!! Not one I ever want to repeat. I’ve followed the store on Instagram, I really love the Indian print fabrics and the model looks amazing & FRIENDLY! I was flying into Malaga before heading to quieter areas of Andalusia, I decided to stay a couple of days and make the journey to the shop. I haven’t experienced that level of rudeness, unfriendliness and lack of professionalism from two of the middle age women ( I’m middle age myself ) in the shop, in decades! Huge disappointment, I would have happily bought a few hundred € as there were several clothes and jewellery items I really liked. I had to ask the price of a necklace because no items were priced. This seemed to be a huge irritation to one woman. The other snatched one item out of my hand when I went to put the other item back on the rail exactly where I’d found it, which seemed fine, I couldn’t see a problem with where it was, it fitted with the other items in the colour scheme. Mi experiencia con esta tienda es nefasta. Mi mujer compró un vestido para celebrar nuestro aniversario, al cual usarlo le dio un primer lavado siguiendo las instrucciones de la etiqueta, resultando q el vestido se destiñó. Tras ello fue a la tienda para q nos dieran una solución, quedándose ellas con el vestido para arreglarlo. Dicho arreglo consistió en teñir el vestido, quedando hecho un desastre. Al quejarme del resultado me dijeron q no nos daban otra solución, motivo por el que pedí la hoja de reclamaciones y tuve q llamar a la policía para q me la facilitaran. Posteriormente han mentido en la resolución de la hoja de reclamaciones, inventándose mentiras. He puesto reseñas en su página de facebook, las cuales borran al instante, por lo que es falsa la valoración de calidad de la tienda. No recomiendo para nada esta tienda, son bordes, maleducadas y no responden para nada en la resolución de problemas en sus prendas. Como consumidor luchaba por lo q me pertenece, ya q considero y entiendo, q ninguna prenda de vestir puede durar tres día...
