Hello everyone ! I had an extremely bad experience at this place called Druni that is situated at calle mayor the staff are not professional at all I was looking for a gift for my friends birthday and i know that at the store they have those gift boxes that I already seen on the web site. So i went there cause its so near to wear i live and i wanted to take a look at everything In the store and enjoy the air conditioning as long as the weather in Cartagena is hot hot ! Anyways, i was holding my pocket in which i keep my bankcard and my phone on my hand (no bags no nothing else more) At the entrance the girl who was at the reception said hi to me in a very weird way i entered i start looking on things that may interest me before getting whats I’m really there for. The girl followed me and kept acting like if she’s doing something but actually it was obvious that she was watching me i felt so bad and it never happened to me in any other store I went to. I left it all and went out and when I was leaving the other staff was in reception again and she was looking at my cloths my body and the little pocket that I held in my hands like if I was a thief. Yes its normal they’re doing their job but there is a difference between doing your job and being so mean to clients there’s a million better ways to do things more professionally.

I went out feeling bad and very disappointed Of my nearly 3min experience without buying anything I end up getting same thing i wanted at first from Sephora which is situated next to their store. Anyways, Please change your behavior towards clients. Druni is a Spanish brand that I’m sure Spanish people are proud of! But please put the right people in the surface. Bonita tienda en el centro de Cartagena, por motivo de negocios voy un dia por cartagena centro cada dos semanas con un grupo de Alemanes o suizos para enseñarles la ciudad y darles tiempo a que vayan de compras y compren recuerdos para la familia. Bueno pues la semana pasada fuimos a Druni en calle mayor y tengo que decir que el trato que nos prestó la chica de allí (Monica si no recuerdo mal) fue excepcional, lo primero es que no es muy común encontrar a alguien que hable su idioma (yo soy el primero que no tengo ni idea) y lo segundo es que desprendía una naturalidad y alegría que a mis clientes les gustó mucho. Por favor me encantaría que esta chica estuviera el miércoles de la semana que viene, si es así cada dos semanas miércoles o jueves iremos con seguridad. Se que no depende de mi hacer el plan de trabajo pero estos clientes mios se dejaron buenas cantidades de dinero y los que seguiré llevando harán lo mismo que los anteriores. Nunca suelo escribir reseñas, pero lo que viví en este Druni lo merece con creces. La zona de maquillaje era un desastre: productos abiertos y usados, estantes desabastecidos, todo sucio y desordenado. La tienda entera daba una sensación de dejadez, con polvo por todas partes.

Pero lo peor no es eso, sino el personal. Te miran mal, hablan entre ellas por el pinganillo mientras se ríen de los clientes —sí, se les escucha perfectamente— y critican incluso a sus propias compañeras delante de todo el mundo. Todo muy profesional, claro.

Parece que para trabajar aquí el único requisito es tener actitud de instituto y cero interés por el trabajo. Druni debería ser más exigente al contratar, porque esto no es un patio de recreo. Aunque viendo el nivel, a muchas les da la impresión de que este puesto es lo máximo a lo que pueden aspirar… y...
