So weve been to a lot of restaurants in cartagena and i always try to find something positive to say. We've been to good restaurants and we've been to bad restaurants, this falls into the category of terrible!! Me and my family went here to eat and the only table available must be in some dead zone where you're invisible and ok to ignore. Waited 15 mins for them to clear a table and no one even looked over but took plenty of orders and cleared plenty of table just not ours. A couple walked up and they showed them to a dirty table but cleaned it instantly and took their order too. I went in to ask and i was told 5 minutes but he then came out and whilst looking at my face started taking new orders and clearing other tables that were not even being used! 2 stars because the staff wasn't verbally rude it gains a extre one but it shouldn't. 25 mins and not even the table wiped!!!! Even bad food is better than no food and here you can't even sit at your table properly and with no drink or food this is just a random place to sit!!! Anyone thinking of using this place needs to known there are much better restaurants right on the doorstep and you might actually get something to...

We normally try to select restaurants from doing research and reading reviews cause it's such a waste when you get a bad meal or bad service. This place we just walked into because it was late and we were starving and it was busy with almost all the tables filled a full block on a side street off the plaza. Thank goodness we ordered the oxtail which was delicious. The atmosphere was also good since it's mostly alfresco dining on a cute pedestrian street. Everything else was sadly not great. Do not order the salad with jamon as the dressing was super sweet to make it completely inedible. The worse thing of all was the service. They forget things and ignore you even when they walk right by. It seems they have a zillion people working but they are not friendly and act like you are bothering them when you want...

La primera vez bien, pero la segunda muy mala experiencia. Reservamos y al llegar la hora nos encontramos que de la reserva de 8 comensales que dijimos nos dice que reservamos para 5 y no había mesa. El ENCARGADO nos dice que no es cierto que hayamos encargado para 8 (la reserva la tomó él), nos lleva la contraria y a los pocos minutos le dice un compañero suyo en voz baja que sí que la tenían, y sin pedir disculpas, nos dice que puede hacer algo con la mesa que quedó libre y adaptarla de 5 a 8 comensales (¿No podía haberlo hecho antes?). Nos acoplamos en las mesas como sardinas en lata. Tardaron MÁS DE UNA HORA en servirnos, no tuvieron ningún detalle de ponernos algo para picar a cuenta de la casa o pagando, pero por lo menos algo, ya que íbamos con 3 niñas y era tarde. Nos decían que era culpa de cocina, y los camareros dando vueltas sin hacernos caso, estuvimos con una caña casi toda la espera. Pedimos molletes de carne (medio cruda) y foie (más bien paté), croquetas de jamón muy saladas, reclamamos las de pollo y nos dicen que no quedaban 😬, las lágrimas de pollo tiesas, algunas quemadas, con mal sabor parecía que estaba el pollo pasado (teníamos que haberlo denunciado y más que eran para mis hijas), frío, las marineras insípidas, huevos rotos de poca calidad y toda la comida que nos pusieron fría. Oímos como un camarero recriminaba a una pareja mayor, porque ésta reclamaba unas hamburguesas que estaban esperando más de una hora, y el camarero les contestó que si no quería esperar que pagasen lo que habían tomado y se fueran 🤦🏻‍♂️. A la hora de la cuenta, nos incluyen las croquetas de pollo (que no habían) y dos cestas de pan que no pedimos y ni comimos, nos cobraron casi 5€ por el pan. Normalmente pedimos postre, cafés y algún "digestivo" y no lo hicimos, pagamos y nos fuimos a otro sitio. En conclusión, poca cantidad y mala comida (literalmente, la carne sabía muy mal, una inspección de sanidad tendría que pasar), fría,.. y caro. El servicio tardón, mal educado, poco resolutivo y organizado. No todo vale para la hostelería. Así que no creo que vayamos más,...
