Cremela Helados y Chocolates — Local services in Gijón

See answer of the Crema Helados y Chocolate. Maybe our tastes don't aligne on the ice cream. I changed from 3 to 4 since it apparently is artisan Ice-cream. For us the vanilla didn't have taste of vanilla, but it appears to be by design.

Original review: The Ice cream is Ok. The portions are large. And they have propper marking of allergens and intolerances. However, It looks and tastes like it's made from powders. It's not artisan ice-cream. The vanilla ice cream doesn't have real vanilla. It's rather flan flavour and has a caramel yellow colour. What can I say but it is the second time I have been to a Cremela store today (in different cities though) for their ice cream. It is very creamy and tastes great. This store has a very big selection of flavors including the ice cream of the week. If you ask you can get a small taste sample. You can have just a regular cone or one that is coated in either white or dark chocolate. I recommend the regular cone as they are very good. They have their ice cream in the sealed containers to ensure you have the best ice cream taste and experience. They do care about...

Helados de calidad muy superior a la media. Son los mejores helados que he probado nunca en Asturias, y solo compro en sitios muy buenos. Los sabores son genuinos, sin aromas artificiales. He probado el de té matcha (excelente), el de yogurt y el de fresa. Buenísimos todos. Hay una gran variedad de sabores para elegir. Todos tienen un sabor muy natural, y la consistencia es perfecta. Además están frescos, no saben a congelador ni están parcialmente cristalizados, ni excesivamente duros o congelados. Todo está impecable y super limpio, la decoración del establecimiento es agradable y diáfana, con buena iluminación. Los helados permanecen siempre tapados, protegidos con una tapa de acero inoxidable. La persona que nos ha atendido varias veces en Gijón -Patricia-, es muy amable y muy correcta. Se esfuerza por "armar" el helado, sobre todo el de dos sabores, ya que para hacerlo bien, hay que conocer la consistencia de cada uno, saber cual de los sabores debe ir abajo y cual arriba, para construirlos, como ella dice y le ha enseñado su jefe: con un aire aparentemente desordenado pero realmente ordenado.
