Die Iglesia Nuestra Señora del Rosario (Unsere Liebe Frau vom Rosenkranz) ist eines der wichtigsten religiösen Bauten in Puerto del Rosario. Die “Liebe Frau vom Rosenkranz“ ist die Schutzpatronin von Puerto del Rosario, ihr ist die Kirche gewidmet. Diese Kirche zeigt die traditionelle kanarische Architektur. Im sog. Mudéjarstil wurde der Bau 1824 begonnen. Erst im Jahr 1888 wurde der Glockenturm angebaut. Nach weiteren Ergänzungen erhielt die Iglesia 1930 ihr heutiges Aussehen. Eine schöne Statue ist über dem Hochaltar zu sehen. Die Iglesia war und ist ein zentraler Ort für Gemeinde-versammlungen, religiöse Feste und Gottesdienste sowohl für Einwohner und Besucher. Desde 1824 ha tenido diferentes construcciones y añadidos. Una pequeña iglesia que se demolió para construir el actual campanario doble con dos campanas traídas de Marsella. La parte que se finalizó más tarde fue el templo con su altar, que no se concluyó hasta 1930. Fue declarada Bien de Interés Cultural con la categoría de Monumento Histórico-Artístico en 1990. Tiene un bonito retablo que se puede observar desde la entrada sin molestar a las personas que siguen el culto. Su estructura es típica de la isla con sus paredes blancas. Está en el centro de la plaza y muy próxima a la casa museo de Miguel de Unamuno y en su entorno hay unas cuantas esculturas...
