Quesoba Cheese-Bar — Local services in Santander

I am very disappointed with the service I received. While eating, I found a piece of wood in the food. When I returned to ask about it, the staff member (around 45 years old) told me that the dish I originally ordered was sold out.

When I asked for a refund, he refused and said I could only take another dish instead. His explanation made no sense — especially because I had not even eaten the food. Until the moment I left, nobody explained what the piece of wood was, and the staff only argued about the money instead of addressing the issue.

This was extremely unprofessional and unsafe. I will never...

Loved the cheeses, and the bundle with a glass of wine. Only suggestion that all employees could have a bit more of knowledge about what they are selling besides distinguishing from cow to goat type of cheese (I asked in Spanish and was the only client at the moment). It's the only thing that prevented me from buying some bigger pieces...
