I bought a silver ring with an olivine stone from this store for €55. On the last day of my holiday, I noticed the stone had disappeared from the ring. I did not know where, or when this happened and did not have time to return to the shop before returning home, but as I was returning to Lanzarote a few months later, planned to visit the shop to see what they could do about it.

When I returned, I explained to an assistant what had happened. They told me there was nothing they could do as the ring was sold with the stone and any problems afterwards were my responsibility. I explained that the ring was faulty with a poor setting which resulted in the stone falling out. After leaving and returning later the same day, I was told by another assistant there was nothing they would do.

I told them I did not want a refund, but a replacement, or the ability to choose something else to the original or part value. Nothing was offered or any discount against a new purchase. I left extremely upset at the poor service, lack of responsibility by the store for trying to sort this out and the faulty product I had purchased in good faith.

I think the quality of goods in the shop is poor, as other reviews have mentioned, so beware if you are going to buy any jewellery from here. There are many negative reviews for this shop, most with the same problem of faulty jewellery and losing stones. Bought a bracelet as a gift in October 2024 for a Christmas present. A few weeks after giving the gift, a stone fell out and could not be found. This gift was for a 62 year old deaf lady, my sister in law. Our next visit to Lanzarote was end of March/beginning of April 2025. We took it back to the shop on 1st April to be told the wearer must have damaged it!! And because it was so long ago, they wouldnt repair it. We did not want our money back. Have visited this shop so many times in the last 20 years and usually always purchased something. Infact, I have three pieces of jewellery that were not cheap! My daughter and I loved this shop. The silver jewellery and gifts are high quality and just beautiful. It's an Aladdin's Cave if you love silver jewellery, arts and crafts. You could spend hours looking around.
