Me siento engañada. En el mostrador no había cucuruchos normales, sólo unos de sin gluten. Mi pareja pide helado de cucurucho, haciendo referencia a los que estaba viendo que eran esos de sin gluten, y uno de esos le pone la chica. Sin aclarar que eran sin gluten y sin añadir que tenían un coste adicional de 1,50€ más que los normales. Nos han cobrado por este helado 5€!!!!. Me parece que cuando se pide algo fuera de lo común, hay que confirmar que se quiere ese producto, por parte de la dependienta en este caso, y confirmación después por parte del cliente. No se puede dar por supuesto, y menos cuando no hay más opciones a la vista.... Nos hemos sentido muy estafados, la verdad. Entiendo que siendo helados artesanales tienen que ser caros, y en ese sentido no voy a decir nada, pero... 5€ por un helado... Lo comento con la dependienta, y sale salerosa de mi comentario diciendo que es lo que hemos elegido, que los cucuruchos normales estaban detrás.... Como si fuéramos unos asiduos de esta heladería y supiéramos dónde estaban los normales.... En fin. Frustacion interesante por mi parte.
