I have eaten here many many times since 2019 and we normally have no issues and absolutely love the food. This weekend was the first time that I have run into any problems and I was honestly shocked att the customer service.
I placed an order via the telephone, as I have do whenever I get sushi from here, the order was confirmed back to me and we went to go pick it up 20 minutes later. On this occasion we placed a particularily large order, so I had everything written down on a piece of paper and just read it outloud. Come to find that they had gotten 4 out of the 7 items I ordered incorrect (spicy tuna maki instead of spicy salmon maki, and a regular tempura maki instead of a super tempura maki). First the woman taking orders ammended our order and we paid for our original order, which was more expensive that the items that they had made. Then she very quickly turned around and said that the resturant could not just throw away 4 rolls of maki and that we would have to take them. I was completely shocked and we argued about this for a long time. I cannot understand their logic or reasoning! If they made an error when taking my order then why should I have to pay the price for it by taking items I never ordered/wanted. I have never heard of customer service like this. The women was honestly very dissmissive and argumentative, telling me things like I couldn't possibly have wanted to order the super tempura maki to begin with as I was pregnant and therefore not able to eat tuna, disregarding the fact that we were a party of 5 people and only I was the pregnant one.
After a lot of back and forth, and waiting for half an hour, we got our spicy salmon makis remade and they just threw in some tuna into a box, i guess to represent the "super tempura rolls".
It is a shame, because we have been going here for years, I will probably return because the sushi is delicious. But this experiance has left a sour taste in my mouth. I will definitely be double checking my order several times in the future, or...

We sat down at a table and then waited for about twenty minutes while a flood of take out people crowded around us and proceeded to get their food before even a server came to ask if we needed anything. I got up finally and asked if we could order, they said they would come and then it took another twenty minutes. Once we ordered it was quite fast but I wonder if that’s because it is actually pre-made and indeed I saw many rolls later being unwrapped from plastic which is a cheap way to prepare sushi. The food was fine if you tried to get past the dried ice on the platers and all the sauce they cheesily pour over the sushi. I had to get up and get utensils, they didn’t bring. We had to ask for plates, they didn’t bring. Worst of all, because it took so long to get our meal, we were last in the restaurant and then they just started cleaning and even opened the door- stockholm in December mind you- while we were still eating. I never imagined that such a small place could hide such a gem. we had a craving for sushi, and staying at solna centrum was the closest to walk to. if you want to go there you have to wait too long at 9pm to close, on a Sunday evening we arrived there at 8.30pm and did not sit us down because they were cleaning everything. but the second time we were able to taste some truly formidable delicacies. very small place with few seats, but I think it's also the reason why they manage to create such fabulous dishes here. less people to serve offers the opportunity to concentrate on the dishes.
