By far the worst experience I have ever had at a theater. As a tourist I can assure you I won’t be coming back. I purchased the last two tickets of a 14:15 showing of moana while visiting with my three year old. Sadly I dropped my tickets somewhere in the 10 meters to the ticket scan after purchasing. Despite a nice lady trying to help at the counter, her manager ( older Caucasian male with glasses, mustache, grey hair and heavier build ) did not want to help at all and clearly has some bias or prejudice. This is after he asked me for proof of payment which I did show him with another worker as my vouch. He dismissed me and my son and had the audacity to laugh about it when I went back after the movie to say that I found the tickets by the popcorn and asked what’s the procedure in these cases ( So unprofessional). The only nice part was the movie itself despite being 15 minutes late and not the prejudice/racist manager who thought I was trying to get over on him. His argument was that someone could have used them In the 10 minute gap from when I bought them which I highly doubt as it was fully booked. In my opinion…when proof of payment is shown and it’s to a kid movie - trying to help in someway instead of being dismissive would go a long way. You won’t see me and my kid here again. Extremely messy...

This is regarding the VIP cinema. Each of the four times I've visited, I've had a great time! Everything from the age limit of 18 years, to the seats having a tilt back feature, the each of the cinema's auditoriums itself having about 50 seats (creating a quite intimate and calm atmosphere), being able to buy alcohol at the bar to drink in front of the movie, the toilets being fresh and clean, the lounge with a restaurant with its cozy and calm feeling and to the staff being kind and helpful makes me want to come back each time!

After having experienced the VIP cinema experience at Filmstaden Scandinavia, I can't really imagine visiting a normal cinema again.

So I have to give Filmstaden some great praise for this concept! After a very long time being quite stagnant and the cinema experience having gotten worse and worse, this is a great way to get people like me back to the...

The food is good at the restaurant but during my two visits I've had to stand up, jump and wave my arms for the restaurant personnel to acknowledge me and let me order food or pay for it.

Edit: Since first writing this review i've been here a few more times, the service has ranged from really bad to excellent, but over all improved i would say. They don't seem to have a great staffing system for their restaurant, each waitress seems to be responsible for all tables instead of giving each their own section, after ordering food and waiting for it another waitress often arrives, ready to take our order. The quality of food is probably the best in Mall of Scandinavia, and i would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to grab something to eat and have more than 1...
