A terrible customer service by a disrespectful and sexism attitude to a female customer @ Service Center, A Mart, Banqiao, New Taipei. The Fact: there’s a male staff who worked at reception around 7:40pm, I asked him where is the entrance to buy fresh Milk, Veg & Fruits(by Chinese Language). He pointed out a completely opposite way to me and replied:” you have to go to the second floor then go downstairs to the first floor”. However, the correct entrance is just nearby the reception of Service Center on the First floor. What a cheating working attitude, to waste customer’s time as his pleasure! PS: the manager asked that guy “Xu Guo Xiang” came downstairs, unbelievably he started to cheat and denied he even saw me as a customer, afterwards he used his fingers point to me, until I told him off n said: I’ll call the Police if he kept using fingers point to me! Afterwards, the manager ignored the fact and let him go!

For such disrespectful and sexism behaviors against a female customer, I insist to deal that incident seriously or I’ll call the police to ask my justice! (He pointed a completely wrong way to me for wasting my time as his pleasure, then he denied everything and point his fingers to me so closely!) Eventually the manager was tried his best to deal with these issues, to get two CCTV videos out and confirmed that Xu Guo Xiang is the one talked to me at that time!

Good shop but feels like a poor imitation of Carrefour, I know both shops are French but run by local companies in Taiwan. There's a distinct lack of English and doesn't even have self-checkouts. Couldn't find any self-branded products. The entrance is exposed, so when raining there's no cover outside. Lack of Western food like only 4 different types of cereal, aisle after aisle of rice, noodles and dumplings. Good selection of fresh fruit and meat.

Amazing newly built major supermarket in Banqiao. Packed with almost everything single thing you will need in life for a reasonable price. Parking space are plenty specially for those who riding motorcycles, but I don’t really like their ramps at the entrance and exit of the motorcycle parking. It’s a bit tiny and tricky to get in.
