A terrible customer service, I’ve ordered a M-sized England Milky tea but without Ice! However, they still offered an Iced Milky Tea! When I asked them to change it, a female staff reacted so rude and replied: Oh, in Taiwan, we MUST have milky Tea with ices, otherwise, you’ll get a sick stomach! What a hell in Taiwanese food hygiene standard! No more Coco! After she’s taken out three ices, it’s actually no milky taste in the milky tea! PS: Coco has so many branches overseas, so far, that one is the worst one, both in working attitude and hygiene standard as she confirmed that customer gonna have a sick stomach if without ices in the milk tea, what a working attitude!

今天大約18:35到店取餐，有先用線上點餐，到店時能看到現場接單數非常多，但是2位店員態度很好，準備飲品的動作乾淨俐落而且快速，讓人很佩服！ 新品拍拍拍呀木瓜牛乳很好喝，沒想到木瓜牛乳可以搭配青茶，加上晶球、茶凍，整體清爽好喝又能滿足咀嚼控的味蕾！ 剛好有買一送一活動很超值，今天第一次喝，覺得之後就算沒有買一送一也會回購！很讚👍🏻

從營業到現在一批一批的員工態度越來越糟 以前幾乎每天都會去買飲料 到現在出錯率越來越高 無糖直接變有糖 打電話點餐 10分鐘後去現場要結帳取餐 到現場跟著人流排隊結帳 但店員還在聊天 不做事！ 好不容易排到我了告知是剛剛電話點餐的 只得到一句東西沒了 但接電話的人不知道 請問 不會回撥告知嗎？ 到現場跟著排隊要結帳 把訂餐的人當什麼的？ 我就像個傻子一樣被耍 前面的人點了已經沒有的東西但已經結帳 店員竟然讓他不用補差價就換商品給他 那我呢？...
