王德福滷担 — Restaurant in New Taipei

This place is a solid choice if you're in the mood for a casual, local noodle experience. The spicy beef noodle soup definitely packs a punch, and you can customize the heat level with extra hot chili oil and hot chili crisp on the side. The broth is flavorful, though not the best I've ever had, and the noodles are fairly average. Make sure you grab the pickled veggie and green onion too. They have a wide variety of self-serve side dishes at the front counter.

The service is friendly and quick, and the restaurant itself is relatively new, with good air conditioning, making it a comfortable spot to eat. While I wouldn't go out of my way to make a special trip here, it's definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.

New One　#王德福 #新店 #滷味 #小菜 #辣椒 #HighlyRecommended 吃了王德福滷担木新 - 景美女中有個幾年了，之前都是為了它的小菜而去。店家的主食麵類就不是我的目標，吃不慣，反而都是點白飯來配菜。自從發現推出新口味熗鍋麵之後，像是發現新大陸般，覺得終於有可以吃的麵了！

旧曆年前才知道原來他們在新店開了家分店，但想說老店就在佐近，是願意以徒步即可達到之處，於是很懶得跑去「新店的新店」看看。直到旧曆年后，才有機會來這試看看。

我覺得新店的位置有點不夠顯眼，憑藉自認對新店有所認識，沒想到硬是騎過了頭才拿出手機找正確的門牌號碼。還有因為招牌顏色與行人道上的路樹，都不夠顯著，很容易一傢伙就錯過了。但另有個優點，對面就是停車場，開車的算是方便了。

新店一樣提供熗鍋麵，兩家預設的麵條並不相同。景美那家是家常麵，新店這家是寬帶麵。單以麵條而言，我比較喜歡後者，如果能選擇麵條厚度更后的話，那口感應該更扎實與勁道（應該是不可能的事～哈哈）。不過，都有細陽春麵可供替換。我特喜歡熗鍋麵的湯頭，不過每一家的口味有著相當大的差異。我也不知道啥才算是地道的口味，但是單以熗鍋麵或番茄雞蛋麵這樣的標準來說，樂食蜀川味麵館、龍記搶鍋麵館和王德福滷担中正店-新店是我願意一再回頭的了。

小菜類的水平與原店是相同的，這點我覺得很重要，最擔心開了分店那種貪多嚼不爛的狀況。
