For the past 4 years during my stay in Taiwan, I've had the pleasure of tasting some incredible Indian cuisine at Indian Mama, and it stands out as one of the BEST I've ever tried here. Rich dishes, crafted with an authenticity that is hard to come by.
My personal favorites include the chickpea salad, samosa, chicken curry and most importantly the Laddu. NO. 1 LADOOS EVER TO EXIST (spherical dessert, white color on the picture posted). You can taste the intricate layers of spices — cardamom, coriander, cloves, cumin, curry leaves, fennel, garlic, pepper, and more... all coming together to create a harmonious, mouthwatering experience. The food is prepared in such a traditional way that each bite feels like a trip to India ♡
