今日12/17上午7:40左右入店使用金星兌換卷換了兩杯咖啡，當時在櫃檯的小姐態度不是很好（低馬尾長髮）。 如果不想上班，真的不需要擺臉色給客人看，我早上只是想喝一杯咖啡，卻因為你的職業倦怠要看你的臉色，客人沒有欠你幾百萬，麻煩管理好自己的個人情緒，你在星巴克工作代表的就是這個品牌的形象，希望店長可以加強員工訓練以及提升員工素質。 另外，我今天點了「蝴蝶餅可可燕麥奶那堤」， 過往的經驗，若是去鮮奶油， 本店的員工會將餅乾另外裝在袋子裡。 但今天我一拿到咖啡和上第一口時， 我以為我在喝「鍋燒意麵 」☺️ 餅乾直接加在咖啡裡，泡爛的口感就跟今天的心情一樣「糟糕」。 是因為在點單前收到了十幾杯的大量訂單，所以遷怒在現場客人上嗎？真的沒必要。

捷運到關渡站出來 右轉步行1分鐘內 即可到達 這間門市的門面非常寬敞又乾淨 裡面的位置也很多 動線設計的非常好 ㄧ進入門市 右手邊就是點餐區 整個右手邊 都是商品展示櫃以及點心櫃 及取物區 這裡的服務人員也非常親切 動作非常快速俐落 展示區也佈置的很醒目 讓人會忍不住 多看ㄧ眼 這間從入口處開始 就有坐位區 ㄧ直延伸至最裡面 最裡面有整面的落地窗 所以光線非常充足 而且氛圍感很好 在這裡用餐 辦公 小聚 都非常適合 這裡的氛圍感 讓大家都能非常安靜的做自己的事 即使聊天 音量也都有做控制 不至於去影響到其它人 這間的體驗感 真的是非常舒適非常好 非常適合踩點 今天點的飲料剛好有活動 所以超級划算的(超推)

Over a year later, and they still ruin the environment by blasting loud music from low quality speakers. There is no good place to sit if you want to talk with people. I have headphones and I can hear their music over mine. I have asked them to turn it down many times, but always returns to loud. This is one of the prettier Starbucks stores and they literally ruin the...

今日0212 19:40左右入店使用金星兌換卷換了一個生日蛋糕加上2杯本日咖啡（自帶杯），並且當時在櫃檯的小姐態度不是很好似乎不想回應（低馬尾長髮）。後來她說：蓋子拿掉！突然被命令，我愣了一下，覺得，現在星巴克素質改變了，當我還想問新品-舒芙雷那提，還沒開口，長髮店員說：等一下！（又是上對下口氣），幾秒後，他回到櫃檯，我點了2杯本日咖啡，長髮店員又說：要等十分鐘！（我看她拿鍋子出來準備要煮），原來是洗好收起來，後來向他出示Q R CORD...
