在星巴克竟然還可以遇到對客人的疑問沒有耐心回答的店員...因為店內沒有明確寫清楚「冷萃柑橘」的價格，跟可以調整什麼，我問：「請問冷翠柑橘的尺寸及售價是？」，店員說：「大杯145」，我又問：「那特大杯是多少？」，店員回覆說每個尺寸加$20。我問：「可以升級特選豆嗎？」店員：「什麼？」可能我講話比較小聲所以再說一次，「可以升級為特選豆嗎？」。店員說：「冷萃就是冷萃，沒有辦法用特選豆。」我：「喔，好吧。」一點笑容也就罷了，但口氣可以怎麼可以讓客人覺得你不耐煩，是覺得天母的客人都很難服務是嗎⋯我說：「好，我要特大杯」。我又問：「我要去冰謝謝」店員說：「不能去冰不然風味會變，去掉的冰塊只能加水去填滿。」我就說「好，那不用了，冰塊正常就好。特大杯的。」，結果特大的是$185...所以剛剛到底是店員口誤還是我聽錯...因為我就是要點這個口味，加上星巴克就是貴鬆鬆，花165還是185都一樣貴...店員的態度真的需要再調整調整會比較好⋯ 結果特大杯的冰塊真的很多，大概一半到三分之二？？都是冰，因為沒有實際撈出冰來也不知道正確的量，只能目測、遙遙看。口味上咖啡調溫潤順口，咖啡味道不算突出，溫順溫順的，相對柑橘味比咖啡重，變得果汁感了點，但口味還算可，不算難喝，還行。還好咖啡沒有讓我感到失望，但擺了一下後，也是我喝過最淡的咖啡，這種冰塊非常多的就是要讓他慢慢融化之後還是有味道，可是放了一個小時之後味道就淡了一半，可惜。看來不管有沒有去冰風味都會跑掉啊=p=除非一次喝干😂😂😂 但仔細想想我還蠻佩服店家那種去冰要用水來添加這樣子的邏輯 2019.03.23

因為下班時段的關係，在這邊買飲料的時候常常都是遇到同一位店員小姐點餐（沒有記下名字）。該名店員小姐連續多次預設我的性別是男性，即使提醒我不是男性，該店員也沒有更改寫在杯子上的註記，然後取餐櫃臺的店員就會非常大聲的喊著「Ｏ先生飲料好了」。如果只是當下誤認，我也是覺得沒什麼大不了就算了，但是這樣的尷尬場景已經出現多次，有時候取餐櫃臺的店員也會向我道歉，但最近的一次（8/12晚間消費），該名店員小姐已經連稱謂都不確認，直接問我貴姓然後寫上先生（我還是拿到杯子才發現又被註記先生），取餐時附近好幾個人側目的眼光造成極大的壓力，讓人感到非常不受尊重，不知道該名店員是否有把客人的感受當一回事？星巴克在我眼中一直是以服務為賣點的商家，過去的消費體驗（在其他門市）也都非常好，但是在這家門市的消費經驗讓我對星巴克的服務打了非常大的問號，順帶一題寫了客服信超過一週了，還沒有收到回應，往後我應該再也不會光顧這間門市了。一顆星給好喝的飲料和給其他服務正常的員工。
