Come True Coffee Far Eastern Sogo Taipei Tianmu Shop — Restaurant in Shilin District

This little coffee shop is nestled at the corner of one of my favorite department store in Tianmu. I have not seen my colleague for the past 3 months and I was delighted when I received an invite to go out with her for a lunch discussion. We ordered their signature soufflé. I have to say what a delight! Light, fluffy and not too sweet which is a great combination. They offer both sweet and savory options which is ideal for different palate. I personally like the matcha flavor the best as it came along with little mochi and red bean as condiments. Perfect combination. My colleague ordered the savory version with taro and pork floss. Their coffee and tea was not too bad in taste however I prefer if they had more options for tea. This place is an ideal spot for a light and quick meal.

Update: We went again to this place for lunch. We tried the mentaiko pasta and 2 different soufflé flavour. Hands down the tiramisu one was my favorite flavor today. I find the caramel option is more on a sweeter side. Lovely...

這是我第三次到店用餐，第一次跟第二次都是下午到訪，用餐及喝咖啡，之前來都滿滿人，沒得挑位子，所以有位子坐就很滿足，但今天真的要說⋯⋯非常不舒服的服務品質。 先說此店餐點及咖啡不論是擺盤跟味道，真的都符合價位CP，但今天計畫就想一早帶老公來sogo購買Timberland，順便帶電腦來用餐喝咖啡，大約用餐時間計畫2小時（11點多到店）離開，避免巔峰人潮，一進餐廳區域，看店裡沒什麼人，我們便想選擇最角落，落地窗邊角的四人位子，因為我們要用餐同時要使用電腦，但第一時間一個黑色服裝（看似店長的女生），阻攔我們並直接說兩人只能坐兩人位子，我第一次告知：「我們用餐時需要同時使用電腦，需要大一點空間。」但此女再次說：「不好意思，兩位就只能坐兩人位，我們會有四人的客人需要使用。」但當時店裡及戶外只有兩組客人，並且桌上並沒有預留位牌子，我第二次再次告知：「我們真的需要大一點空間，如果有需要我們再換。」店家再次說：「這樣我們如果有客人來，會要你們換位子喔！所以麻煩你坐兩人位。」當時我老公已經看出我有火花了！所以一直打圓場：「沒關係！就坐吧！」後來我坐下再次跟店員再次說：「不然我們先坐我們選的位子，如果真的有人多及四人位需要，我們再換。」結果，那位店員竟然要我如果要坐，就去坐門口近來的第一圓桌位子（附圖）（也就最不隱私，最不安靜，最不適合使用電腦工作的區域。）當下，說真的⋯⋯這是什麼服務，故意的嗎？ 當下我坐在兩人座，他們店員放下菜單離開了！我老公說；「就快速吃吃離開，再找一家放鬆喝咖啡吧！」但說真的，一個悠閒的週末，就這樣被破壞，而且就想找一家能好好吃，好好喝一下，能放鬆工作聊天，怎麼會有這樣服務，而且還是在百貨一樓，這樣0分服務，真的⋯⋯別了吧！所以，我選擇背上包包離開，以後再去sogo買東西，我再也不會再來此店。

空有精緻裝潢，擁有良好食材，卻是不搭嘎的服務，這是絕了！ 附圖：當時店裡多空啊！如果人多我就算了！沒什麼客人，而且我都說，如果有需要到時候再換座位，也不願意讓我們坐四人位，是多看不起人啊！

結果：我在附近別家餐廳開心用完餐大約1:30左右，經過此店，依然室內座位還是沒什麼人，這樣的服務，就算再好餐點，也難有回頭客...

Awesome service. Long wait due to the long weekend but got served one of the best lattes I have ever had (山茶花拿鐵） perfect milk foam texture and latte art. Right milk temp, texture and volume. the lemon soufflé pancake was a killer. It was worth the 30 mins wait. Will...
