Is it possible to give less than 1 star? I came for the digital perm of my fringe and nothing else, having communicated over LINE exactly what I wanted. After the experience of the hard sell of a range of treatments I didnt ask for, the stylist (Leesen) cuts my hair without asking for my for consent. Its a massive loss of trust. He then puts lotion causing colour loss without telling me until afterwards, then uses heating curling tongs when he realises that he can't get the effect without resorting to manual options. (Photo attached of proposed 'digital perm' lol) I stopped him before he could damage my hair further.I watched this stylist's technique, having already had 6 digital perms already in Taipei in the past 4 years. He became very rude and defensive when I asked him what he was doing and also got nervous asking how long I was going to be staying in Taiwan, to probably avoid repercussions. He also asked to take photos and video of me, in order to justify his actions. If this was my staff, I would reconsider keeping him on. If the staff are incompetent, lack experience and skill, they should be honest about it to the client. Really very poor communication and unprofessional treatment. The quote in total to do a fringe was 2800 NT. I asked to raise a formal complaint. The CEO got in touch asking me to travel to yet another location to 'wash the lotion out', which is something I could do at a much better salon. At Superbcut, they have a menu in English, be wary because you won't necessarily get what you ask for. For me, there are much better salons in this city with more experience in my opinion. Read more原11月中下旬到中山店剪髮,剪完當下其實沒發現右側及後腦部分已經被剪壞,我做美容業,每天接觸很多熟客,一個講「你剪的好奇怪!」,本不以為意,但是兩個、三個、四個、五個講,不免開始懷疑,到底哪裡奇怪。 直到同學會聚餐被說「你的後腦勺是正方形的耶!」才認真檢查頭髮到底怎麼了?拍了側面照,嗯...這是什麼一個奇怪的洞?再用影片拍頭頂,除了一層薄薄的頭髮蓋住打薄的那好幾大挫不到四公分的短髮全部亂翹,三把火已經燒的10把了。 我把影片照片傳給同為設計師的同學看(對!我也是美容美髮出生的設計師,我的同學也是,就因為我頭型難剪,我的同學們沒一個敢對我動刀,因為我會抓狂),而我原就有固定設計師,但他退休不做了,所以只能另外找新的。 有個老客人推薦剪一個頭髮要2500的設計師在東區,我也找了一個1800的日本設計師,再加上我追蹤中山店的設計師追了2-3個月,每個上傳的作品我都仔細檢查,但很明顯的我深深的被欺騙。 我非常的生氣,氣得打電話客訴到負責人,我無法忍受1200剪出來的頭髮是如此的糟糕且面目全非,而負責人給我的回應是免費修剪一次,且約好在一月進行修剪的動作,只修了髮尾不齊的地方,但耳下的洞依然存在,頭頂那好幾挫失敗的打層次,想也知道不 能 修,只能等長長。 這次的經驗告訴我,既使設計師放上作品在網路上,也是不可信的。 過了那麼久才來留評論,是等待頭髮長長時會是什麼樣子,就是一顆比較大顆的正方形而已。 謝謝六張犁總監幫我修髮尾,也謝謝當天的助理,2月份升設計師了 congratulations to be a hair...
