Class started 20 mins late! I took the 11:30am Flow II class with Alysia. I arrived around 11:20am where Alysia was teaching the previous class. I waited in the lobby until 11:35am when I asked the front desk if the class was still happening. All I got was that Alysia tend to go over 5-10mins for every class and that I should keep waiting.

When the class finally started, it’s around 11:50am, which was 20 mins after the original start time.

Alysia was really knowledgeable and ended class around 1pm (30 mins after when class was suppose to end). However, it was frustrating to have to wait 20 mins and also end late. Risk of injury! The teacher Eva over pushes the students and injured my neck today in class. I went into child’s pose to rest but she kept pushing me to get into poses. I’ve been practicing yoga for 18 years and the way she sequenced the class was super dangerous. She jumped into advanced poses right away without building up to them. I injured myself several times and so did my friend. I would not recommend coming here.

DO NOT COME HERE. RISK OF INURY Yes it was eva and yes you did inform it’s an advanced class. It doesn’t matter if it’s an advanced class or beginner class. My injuries were not from myself. It was from the teacher PHYSICALLY LAYING HER HANDS on my body when I told her to stop. She kept on putting her hands on my body to push my body when I said I don’t want.
