I stayed here for my first ever internation solo travel. The dorm is clean and provides your own locker and my small luggage could fit inside the locker. I didn't interact that much with the other guests but they are all kind and considerate of each other. The receptionists, especially Lay, were very accomodating and kind and they even helped me to set an appointment for the free tesla service because I couldn't speak Chinese. There are free snacks and water in the lobby. Free shampoo and body wash and hair dryer in the shower room. It felt safe as a female traveler because you need to have a card to access the female common bathroom. Although other female guests would sometimes forget to close the door access. The walls are also quite thin so you can sometimes hear the other guests outside or from the other rooms. Bed was comfy and clean and has privacy blinds. I don't think they provide towels and it's a good thing I brought mine. The hotel is near the MRT and other convenience stores, grocery stores, bakery, food shops and cafes. The neighborhood is peaceful. My overall stay was generally good and I would definitely recommend this to others and would book this again if I come...

The room has a nice street view given that Taiwan can charge you expensive with big windows. The bed was comfy, clean, although I like my pillows firm. There's also a lot of outlets at the bed too so that's more convenient. The AC controller can also be fixed but it was cold anyway so it's fine. They provided 2 towels, slippers, and toothbrush set. They also have wifi in the lobby and in the rooms.
The check-in and out are easy and smooth. There's also a kitchen and laundry just at the hall in case you would need it. There's a bit of language barrier but nothing Google Translate can fix.
Great location overall. There's starbucks and UCC nearby, countless big malls, convenience stores, etc. It's also easy to get to the hotel from the metro!
Bonus: if you get a solo room with the street view, you can see a bit of the Taipei 101...
