What a neat hot spring bnb stay in Yilan! I love that they have different styles of room for 2 people or for 4 people, and all of the rooms are pretty spacious and very beautifully decorated with their own styles. The best part of the stay is definitely their in-room hot spring~ it's perfect to stay during the chilly weather and enjoy a relaxing afternoon of hot spring in the room while watching tv or listening to music etc. The location is very close to the train station and they also have accessible parking for the guests in this building as well. But the only thing is that they don't offer any plates/utensils or pots, so even though they have a kitchen space but you have to remember to bring your own supplies if you plan to cook or use the kitchen space.

Overall, a great stay and very comfortable space to stay for just a weekend...

The host is helpful, responsive and accommodating. I loved the room, and so did my children. The room was well equipped ans thoughtfully designed so it made living there very convenient. I would stay here again the next time...

入住21樓冉冉什光。星期五訂，要48小時內匯款，因為沒有授權給訂房平台，也沒有刷卡服務，這點就讓人覺得蠻奇怪的。有說需要車位，但是前一天才會跟你確認，入住時間也要先給。要錢要的挺急就先匯款了。後來出發前用地址查才發現是一間日租套房。看評論一顆星挺多的，但是錢也要不回來了就作罷了。

到了當天，小管家的服務態度蠻差的。叫我們先上樓等，結果被我們看到在一樓聊天，我覺得人之常情也還好。結果聊了10分鐘還沒上來。介紹的時候，還順便把廚房上四散抹布的抹布隨手一丟到櫃子（這櫃子也壞了），看來小管家清潔有點隨便。介紹過程中，有種被老師訓教的感覺。一進門，就要求鞋子要拖放進去鞋櫃，就算直接踩進去再換又如何？...
