I recently stayed at the Hotel Lounge in Toucheng, Yilan, and had a mixed experience. The location is very convenient, being within walking distance from the train station, which made our arrival and departure quite easy.
Pros:
Early Check-In Convenience: We arrived early and were allowed to store our bags at the hotel, which was very helpful.
Welcome Vouchers: Upon our return around 7 PM, we received a sweets voucher and a 100NT discount voucher for the hotel restaurant on the 6th floor.
Cons:
Inconvenient Voucher Timing: If the staff knew we were out and returning late, it would have been more thoughtful to place the sweets in our room instead of giving us a voucher that expired before we could use it.
Breakfast Issue: We informed the staff that we would be checking out early at 7 AM and asked about breakfast, as it was included in our room rate. Initially, they said they could arrange a takeaway breakfast, but later that night, they called to say they couldn’t provide it. It was disappointing, especially since they could have prepared something simple like bread and fruit in advance.
Voucher Validity: The next day, after checking out and returning around 2 PM, we asked if we could still use the 100NT voucher. We were told it was only valid during our official stay from 3 PM to 11 AM. This made us question the sincerity of the offer.
False Fire Alarm: After 10 PM, the fire alarm went off, disturbing our sleep. It turned out to be a false alarm caused by steam from the bathroom. This is a common occurrence, and the hotel should have known about it and fixed the placement of the fire alarm. It makes me wonder if they often have false alarms in the middle of the night, which is quite ridiculous.
Overall, while the hotel has a convenient location and some positive aspects, the issues with the vouchers, breakfast arrangements, and the false fire alarm left us feeling quite disappointed. I hope the management can address these concerns to improve the...
Read more3/29(三)~3/31(五)入宿朗居文旅2天。
在易遊網輸入2000元內、3~4星級(易遊自行定義?),我會看易遊評價在4分以上,再看看網路評價及照片,我發現好像找不到可以替代朗居的飯店(一般我旅遊都可以找到2~3個選項)。不過因為飯店在宜蘭最北方的頭城,如果3天2夜宜蘭遊要安排其中一天再往更南邊的飯店,又要相當於朗居的住宿品質,那再〝加錢〞當然也是找的到啦。所以我是用距離來換取較超質的住宿(也是因為都在宜蘭距離相對不會很遠,只住2天不想〝搬家〞)。
實際看到飯店也沒令人失望。不論是大廳的陳設及更重要的房間內的質感及清潔度,在此價位可以說極佳。一來因為是新飯店(易遊顯示2020開幕),再者也有很溫暖的設計感,這是礁溪或羅東相近價位的飯店(單看照片)所沒有的。
在房內因為要邊看手機邊充電,於是把手肘撐在電視旁的桌子上(插頭在其後),沒想到桌子竟然在晃動,看了一下原來桌腳很細小,沒什麼實際上的支撐力(晚上把隱型眼鏡拿下時,還是需要用到桌子)。浴室雖無乾濕分離,但不論哪種房型皆有浴缸這點很棒,不過男生泡澡頂多也就10分鐘左右的時間吧?我一人住宿訂的是一張大床(其實是2小床合併),但實際分配的是一大床及二小床。可能會有人覺得這算〝升級〞,但我覺得如果有三個人入住當然有其必要,如果一個人或二個人住,反而會覺得佔了房間的活動空間(也沒特別要求要更換)。也看到馬桶的一個小疑問,容後再說明。
早餐種類沒有特別多,但也中西兼具亦在水準之上。網路上看到的葛瑪蘭黑豚吃起來有點偏硬,還有一道西魯肉裡大部份是好吃的白菜滷,但是卻沒有肉?經詢餐廳服務人員,她說是因為他們沒有放肉。。。2天的菜色應該是一模一樣,因為已經吃過而且飯店位於頭城鬧區,之後如有機會再入住,應該會選不含早餐的方案,自己到外面吃。
住宿期間地下停車場大概只停了一半的車,還有將近20個車位,所以平日停車應該非常充裕。如果單就以上形容,下次到宜蘭如果還是選擇一樣價位的旅館的話,除非又有新的旅館,不然不會考慮其他選擇。
再來想談談服務人員的部份。個人看重服務更勝於硬體的環境,花大錢住宿五星級飯店對硬體設施都不一定能夠完全滿意了,更何況是一家〝超值〞的飯店?但如有夠好的服務,就能讓人(我)覺得硬體設備就算不盡如人意,仍然瑕不掩瑜。
3/29因為一早就到了宜蘭又下雨,所以決定先到朗居報到,而且因為雨勢不小,想說先到室內的蘭陽博物館好了。上網先查詢了一下,發現博物館好像週三休館,再請教當天早上值班的吳小姐,她表示她也不清楚(我沒跟她說我有先上網查詢)她也沒有要幫我確認的意思。後來回車上要出發,發現我的GPS有問題無法開機,此時看到斜對面有一家全國電子,再請問吳小姐知不知道何時開店,她說可能的時間跟我後來上網查的也不一樣。
晚上回飯店時,換了一位林小姐值班。當我提出同樣博物館的問題時(我當然己經知道答案,只想看她是否會有不同的處理方式),她立即從座位上起身與我交談,而且馬上說要上網幫我查詢休館時間,還主動告知櫃枱前方有些旅遊資訊可參考,也可以感受到她的親切及熱情回應。好的服務才有機會得到〝加考題〞,那時我手指甲旁有〝起絲〞,如果用手拔是會很痛,不拔留著看著又很難過。於是我詢問了林小姐一個理應不在服務範圍內的問題,問她有沒有指甲剪,她在抽屜找了一下子,竟然也給她找到了。其實她找不到我也不會怪她,因為我都說這本來就不是〝業務範圍〞內的事了。林小姐是我在朗居裡,最能感受到賓至如歸的服務人員。因為想把上述對桌子及這2位服務人員的態度反應給主管,經詢問後得知明早(3/30)就有一位莊姓主管會來值班。
上述提及一個馬桶相關問題,因為上面有2個按鈕一個出水量大一個小,但2個按鈕的面積看起來差不多,後來沖水時把上蓋打開才知道答案。我把按鈕的照片請莊小姐看,問她哪一個是出水量大的,結果她沒答對。不過重點不是有沒答對,而是她與我之間應對時的態度,讓我覺得還是〝另謀高人〞來反應好了。
第2天出遊晚上回旅館,從地下停車場要搭電梯上樓時,遇到一位女士及穿著看似旅館服務人員的先生(後來詢問姓王),這位女士很親切地問我要到幾樓(要幫我按電梯樓層),我說3樓後跟她道謝,聽到她對王先生說要裝飾佈置好之類的話(他手上拿著一大包東西)。我看王先生到一樓而我回房間。我想到網路上有人提過在餐廳曾經遇過老闆娘而且跟她聊天,兼之在電梯聽到的對話,於是我又到一樓,詢問王先生那位女士是否就是老闆娘(想將上述提及的問題告訴她),王先生答:是。我說我有事想反應給她,不知能否請他代為聯繫?王先生說櫃枱現在值班的是一位副理,問我是否可以跟她反應就好?我回答說那沒關係。
王君如此答覆,我想有2個可能。一是覺得一般旅客有事,頂多反應給主管即可,不必由老闆親自處理(即使是由客人提出)。二是老闆曾經授意如此為之。我會想直接反應給經營者,一來是因為先遇到的主管熱忱不夠,不想(願)跟她反應,再者如果是一個用心經營飯店的主事者,當聽到有客人有問題想直接反應給他時,應該是很高興的〝接見〞不是嗎?
寫這麼多是因為覺得朗居夠好但是希望還可以更好,不然不滿意還說這麼多優點幹嘛?再不滿意不要再去而且只講缺點並誇大甚至造謠就好(這句是開玩笑的哦),何必浪費我的時間跟精神寫這篇超過2000字的〝作文〞?
