Lan Yang Seaview Hotel — Hotel in Toucheng Township

The staffs there are very helpful. We travelled with a baby and when we were waiting to check in , a staff saw me standing , holding my baby. He immediately grabbed a chair for me, which was a very nice gesture. The next day , I went to the restaurant to have my baby food microwaved , and this time still with my baby in one hand and baby food at the other. The staff pressed the elevator button for me since my hands were full. I told him , taking the stairs would be a lot faster for me. The staff offered to take my baby food , so I could walk downstairs with my baby. These might not be something to be praised about , but I think the hotel did a very good job training the staffs . I really do appreciate the help. Besides that , we all really enjoyed the view and the night staying...

We decided to stay at this hotel because we heard it came highly recommended. Unfortunately, our actual experience did not live up to its reputation.

The “mountain view” from our room was quite ordinary, nothing special. The dinner provided by the hotel was far below expectations — not memorable at all and nowhere near the standard we anticipated. The fish had a noticeable fishy taste and was poorly seasoned, the spicy tofu lacked flavor, and the oyster was outright unpleasant. The only highlight was the dessert. We expected more from this hotel since it was basically 5,000nt each night. The ocean view was nice but the beds are really uncomfortable. They are very firm and when one person moves the entire bed moves. There were certain quirks that weren't so pleasant. We had no control over our balcony light. They all shut off at 10:30pm.
