I paid $725 for a 3-day safari expecting a comfortable setup with a Tentco tent, bed cot, mattress, pillow and bedding. (This is what I was told I would receive by the owner as well as the images he attached during our correspondence before my booking). What I got was a nightmare: a crusty, 20-year-old tent riddled with holes, bigger than my hand, that smelled like sewage! I have photos and emails attached to this review to prove the bait-and-switch.

The owner, JOHN MALLEY, refuses to issue a refund, and it's clear this is not a legitimate business. They use stolen photos, from other companies, to lure customers into paying for services they never deliver. Save your money and your dream vacation – and book elsewhere. This was a once in a lifetime experience that has been completely ruined by WILDERNESS INSIGHTS SAFARIS and John MALLEY.

John's emails clearly state what I was supposed to get versus the disgusting reality. This isn't just a bad experience; it's outright fraud. He's using fake photos and false promises to scam people. I have the irrefutable evidence of his deception. This "business" is a complete sham and he refuses to refund my money. SAVE YOURSELF THE HORROR AND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
