Booked and fully paid for a Kili 360 tour in advance and then Roy cancelled and kept nearly all the money. He promised to pay back, I have given him many chances over many months. I’m so disappointed. Over US$2,000 lost. Don’t trust him with prepaid tours. Very carefully read all recent positive reviews for authenticity by names that only have posted one review ever - not real??. I chose another tour operator in Moshi - they were so brilliant I returned to cycle to the...

We have a really nice time with Kili Bike adventures..I rented a bike for one day..going to the gate of Kilimajaro park..cycling in a nice road inside coffee plantations..the drop and take the bike straight to hotel..next day we had a nice trip to Materuni village and waterfalls for less money many companies offer..our guide was so amazing we had a lot of fun...

Good equipment, excellent guides. I did the Masai tour to begin with then the coffee tour the next day before climbing Kilimanjaro. From the outset booking a tour in a foreign country (I'm Australian) was a little daunting. Upon meeting Roy at my hotel my concerns were gone, he and Jackson were great to deal with. Will definitely use them again when I return...
