Blossoms Cafe & Wine Bar — Restaurant in Kilimanjaro

We enjoyed this restaurant enough that we went twice. It’s in a great location and wasn’t far from our hotel, Kibo Palace. The restaurant has a great wine selection, and we were excited to try. Theres also a pretty good menu with many options. My friends enjoyed the vegetable fajitas so much they got them twice. I got the chicken rice dish once and the stewed chicken dish once and high were pretty good. The food tasted fresh and the veggies in all the dishes were really great and fresh, especially the veggie fajitas. Warning that if you have gluten allergy, the tortilla chips with the guac are fried flour tortillas, otherwise, the guac was a great appetizer. The only downside about this place is the wait time. It wasn't so bad but it wasn't good as well. I am living in Tanzania now. it's very difficult to get a pizza with some green vegetable. so when I see the menu and Margherita with green leaves(I don't remember what it said the name). I was excited! finally I could have Margherita with leaves! I visited the day I ran Kilimarathon because I wanted a really good burger and this place was the closest to where I stayed. The hostess at the counter was friendly. I sat at the garden because there were no tables at the main dining area.

It took the waitress more than 10 minutes to give me a menu. When I finally ordered a glass of wine, it took another 25 minutes to arrive at the table.
