Title: Worst Massage Experience Ever – Unprofessional, Noisy, and Clueless Staff

I rarely leave reviews for such places but my experience at Tiger Massage Pattaya was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others.

From the moment I stepped in, I had a bad feeling. The place was far from relaxing — the lights were glaringly bright, completely destroying any ambiance you'd expect from a massage place. Instead of calming music or silence, there was constant chatter and noise coming from both the staff and the front area. It felt more like a market than a massage parlor.

But the worst part was the masseuse herself. She had absolutely no understanding of anatomy or massage techniques. It felt like random pressing and rubbing with no rhythm, no pressure control, and zero focus. I even stopped her at one point because she was applying uncomfortable pressure directly on my feet. When I asked her basic questions about massage techniques, she was blank — clearly had no formal training or knowledge.

To make matters worse, the staff kept walking in and out of the room, talking loudly, during my session. There was no professionalism, and certainly no relaxation.

I’ve had massages all over Thailand and never experienced anything this unprofessional. This place is all show and no substance. If you're looking for a real massage, do yourself a favor and go...

I was initially put off Tiger massage due to its close proximity to the start of Walking street and the kind of customers it would want to attract, but the shop and it’s staff were a very pleasant surprise! I used to go to a shop round the corner on 2nd road and found that a young masseuse who I used to visit had moved here so give it a try.

The shop is clean and bright and the facilities are well above Pattaya standard.

Nam, who I always visited was almost OCD in his level of preparation and it was a delight to see him work - almost meditating while performing a foot massage.

The staff have both male and female staff and all the usual massage treatments without any funny business. In my time there I saw a wide variety of customers and never any trouble. All staff seemed proficient in all types of massage and were able to deal with groups with no issues.

Absolutely loved going here! I came for a holiday from Australia and prior tried many massage parlour around Pattaya which did not compare ( even resort massages ) and kept coming back to Tiger massage due to the great service they provide and high quality massages. You can honestly feel the massage ladies are extremely experienced in what they do. The place was super clean and elegant. Everyone was so friendly and bonus of the cute dog Tiger greeting everyone ! Definitely one of the best massages and a must try. The owners was also so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend to all my family...
