AVOID MILLION NAILS & SPA and wait until you get to your next stop. The pictures are of my feet AFTER the pedicure!!! I went for a pedicure and was told it would be 800 with gel. I said I didn’t want gel as it doesn’t come off easily so she said “no colour?” and pointed to pedicure at 700baht. I would have liked normal polish but guess it must be gel or nothing. I went inside and sat down. The woman wiped my feet and immediately started cutting my nails (with a cuticle nipper) and filed them. She then placed my feet in a bowl of cold water and brushed soap on to my toes. From there she dried each foot and clipped the skin from around my nails. She said again “No colour?” I said no, so she buffed my nails then applied what I assume was cuticle oil and said I was finished!!!! There was no scrub, no foot file to remove dry skin, no moisturiser. I pointed at the hard skin on the side of my big toe and said I thought she would remove that. Out came the cuticle nippers again and she cut away some of the dead skin and said “ok”. It is absolutely appalling to call that a pedicure - I was in and out in less than 15minutes. She tried to charge me 700baht (€19) I showed her my key for The Luna where I was staying because I saw on a flyer there that guests get 10% off. The price then dropped to 500 baht. They spray cold water on your feet with some soap - scrub your feet without even lifting your feet and then rinse… they add cuticle softener - do your cuticles and clip your toe nails and you’re done. Oh a small foot massage at the end that last seconds. I was so shocked and yes it was only 350 baht but if you want a real pedicure with hot water , foot soak foot scrub, etc I implore you to go elsewhere. After the pedicure they didn’t even offer a clear coating. I had to ask for it and they were so intrigued. They went the full mile and gave me two coats - the shiniest gloss i ever seen lol - aw man this place was something. Did I mention the girls barely wash out the pedicure bowls from customer to customer. They just do everything at the bare minimum- that’s all The manicure was basic as well but better than...

This is the worst service I have ever received. I got lash extensions and I asked for acrylic toe nails and I got gel nails and they overpriced me a lot for this quality. There was very poor hygiene when the woman was doing my toenails. She was coughing on my feet with no mask on. My feet kept falling off of the wooden plank because they don’t have properly stable work tools i guess. It just seemed lousy and unprofessional. The lash extensions fell off after a couple of days and were all glued stuck together . If you care about your healthy eyelashes, I don’t recommend the eyelash extensions at all. Very nice...
