Lovely Nails Spa & Beauty Phuket Airport — Local services in Sakhu

I went here because I read good reviews. Blow dry was ok not great,still damp in spots, and my back & front were both very wet after the wash, she seemed annoyed when I asked her to dry the back of my top as my blowdried hair would go curly.

My nails! - I asked and pointed out on their pricelist an acrylic refill. The price then increased when my nails were filled to which I agreed as they said they would take a card payment. The woman then proceeded to do a gel refill.. ok fine I just let her. I just wanted them done at this stage. But they are probably one of the worst sets I have ever had done, all lumpy & bumpy and then when I was finished they added another increase. I was raging I went in here, I had my nails done in Krabi & they were amazing so I was very let down by this salon. It ended up costing me the same as I would pay in Ireland. The salon was very dirty too with little or no hygiene for the tools used & ants were walking around the drill. I'm just glad i didnt get an infection TBH. I removed all my nails 2 days later. Awful service and awful technicians. No one spoke any English and a “customer” had to translate basic instructions. She barely removed my gel polish and attempted to put a base coat on. I had to stop her and demand she took it off properly, since I’m paying for that and that is the correct way to do nails. I had a broken nail and asked for an acrylic extension, they proceeded to do a gel extension but tried to charge me 50 baht more for the acrylic extension they never did. There was no care for my nails, they filed far too much off my natural nails, no shaping whatsoever, no care for cuticles. The gel extension was SO bad, a lumpy mess - the Thai “customer” who was getting her hair done, had to come fix it and file it down.
